Dr. Jeffrey Roh is a board-certified, award-winning spine surgeon and a pioneer in the field of minimally invasive spine surgery. With over twenty years of clinical excellence, Dr. Roh has dedicated his career to advancing surgical innovation and delivering superior patient outcomes through a unique blend of medical mastery and strategic leadership.
Dr. Roh’s extensive educational background spans the nation’s top-tier institutions. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University before pursuing a complex and minimally invasive spine surgery fellowship at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine in New York City. Most recently, he served as the Director of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery at the Swedish Neuroscience Institute and Chairman of the Integrated Spine Program, where he led initiatives focused on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction.
An internationally recognized speaker on medical innovation, Dr. Roh holds an Executive MBA from the University of Washington and a Master of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University. His dual expertise allows him to lead at the intersection of medicine and business, serving on prestigious advisory boards including the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship and the Global Advisory Board for the SAMS Institute. Dr. Kevin Dales is a fellowship-trained interventional pain physician who helps patients find lasting relief from spine and musculoskeletal pain through targeted, minimally invasive treatment. His approach combines precise procedural skill with the whole-person philosophy of osteopathic medicine, focusing first on understanding the true source of each patient’s pain, then building a plan that restores function and quality of life.
Dr. Dales brings an exceptionally broad clinical foundation to pain care. Before specializing in interventional pain, he completed residency in Emergency Medicine at Riverside University Health System in Moreno Valley, California, then practiced as an emergency physician at hospitals throughout Southern California — experience that sharpened his ability to evaluate complex cases quickly and recognize when pain signals something more serious. He went on to complete a fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.
He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University California College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Master of Science in Medical Genetics and Genomics from Tulane University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
Dr. Dales remains active in advancing the field of pain medicine. Having grown up in Orange County, Dr. Dales is proud to return home to practice pain medicine and serve the community that helped shape him.
